Account roles: Admins and Members 

Every SmartLess Mobile account has two types of roles: Admins and Members. The person who creates the account becomes the Admin by default. 

• Admins have full control. They can manage all plans on the account, update billing info, and manage user access — including giving other users Admin rights

• Members Have limited control over their own plan(s) 

Admins can make changes for Members, like adjusting plans or buying Add-ons. 

If you’re a Member and want to change your plan or add additional services, just ask your Admin — they can handle it for you the SmartLess Mobile App or in  MyAccount. 

How to check your access 

To find out your role: 

• In the app: 
  Tap More, then select Manage Admins and assign lines. 

• On the website: 
  Log into MyAccount and choose Manage Admins and assign lines. 

On the Manage Users screen, you’ll see all current Members. From here, Admins can grant or remove Admin access to others.

Admins can manage Member roles and access from the SmartLess Mobile app or by signing in to MyAccount and going to Manage admins & assign lines.

Ask your Admin to help with: 

• Changing your plan or canceling a pending change 

• Adding or removing Add-ons or Passes 

• Switching your SIM card 

• Resetting the account PIN 

Admins can do these things for you in MyAccount. 

If you need help, you can always contact the SmartLess Mobile Team. Just keep in mind that some tasks require Admin verification before we can assist. So, when in doubt, check with your Admin first. They’re your go-to for managing the account and getting things done quickly.
