Need a new number?

Already with SmartLess Mobile and want to swap your digits? No problem — just reach out to the SmartLess Mobile Team. We’ll assign you a new number based on your ZIP code. It’s fast, free, and usually done on the spot. 

What to expect: 

  • We’ll verify your account before making changes 

  • You’ll get to choose the ZIP code for your new number 

  • Your new number will be active as soon as we process the change 

  • You’ll keep the same plan — just with a fresh number 

Want to bring a number from another carrier? 

Totally doable — during activation. You can transfer your number to SmartLess Mobile when you’re setting up your plan for the first time. Just choose the option to transfer (aka “port”) your number during checkout.

Heads-up: 

Once your plan is activated with a brand-new SmartLess Mobile number, you can’t swap it out later for a number from another carrier. If you change your mind and want to keep your old number after all, you’ll need to activate a new line with the transfer option — and then cancel the original plan if you don’t need it anymore.
