How to invite users to your SmartLess Mobile account

What you’ll need 

• A SmartLess Mobile account 

• The email address of the person you want to invite 

• WiFi or mobile data connection 

Who is the Account Admin? 

The Account Admin is the person who first set up the SmartLess Mobile account. 

• The Admin manages billing, payments, account settings, plan changes, and add-on purchases 

• Invited users have limited access. They can activate their line and view usage. While the Admin manages account level or plan changes. 

• Admin rights can be granted to another user at any time by an existing Admin. 

Invite users during sign-up 

If you’re purchasing more than one line, you’ll see the Invite your crew screen after checkout. 

To send an invite

1. On each plan, locate the Email (optional) field

2. Enter the person’s email address

3. Click Invite

4. Confirm the Invite successful message appears 

The invited person will receive an email titled “Join your SmartLess Mobile account.” They can select Join Account and follow the steps to activate their line. 

Tip: If the line isn’t activated, the Account Admin can activate it later. 

Invite users later from MyAccount 

Didn’t invite anyone during sign-up? You can send invites at any time from MyAccount. 

Using the SmartLess Mobile App

1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

2. Log in with your account email and password 

3. Complete the verification step 

4. Click on More 

5. Tap Add, manage & assign lines 

6. At the bottom of the page, Select lines to invite 

7. Enter the person’s email address in the Email (optional) field for the line you want to assign 

8. Click Invite 

The invited person will receive the Join your SmartLess Mobile account email and can follow the steps to activate their line.
