How to invite users to your SmartLess Mobile account

SmartLess Mobile makes it easy to share your account with others. You can invite people to activate and manage their own line in two ways: 

  • During sign-up when purchasing multiple lines. 

  • Later, from MyAccount

Once invited, the person will receive an email to join your account and activate their own plan. 

Who is the Account Admin?

The Account Admin is the person who originally set up the SmartLess Mobile account. The Admin controls billing and account settings, while invited users manage their own lines. 

Invite users during sign-up

If you purchase multiple lines, you’ll see the Invite your crew screen after checkout. 

Steps: 

  1. For each plan, find the Email (optional) field. 

  1. Enter the person’s email address. 

  1. Click Invite

  1. You’ll see a confirmation pop-up that says Invite successful

The invited person will receive an email titled Join your SmartLess Mobile account. To start using their line, they must click Join Account and complete activation. 

If they don’t activate, the Account Admin can activate the line instead. 

Invite users later from MyAccount

If you didn’t invite someone during setup, or if you added another line later, you can send invites from MyAccount

Steps: 

  1. Log in to MyAccount

  1. Go to Add, manage & assign lines

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click Select line to invite

  1. Find the correct phone number. 

  1. Enter the person’s email address in the Email (optional) field. 

  1. Click Invite

The invited person receives the same email and must click Join Account to activate their line.
