Change your SmartLess Mobile phone number

You can request a new SmartLess Mobile phone number at any time. Here’s what you need to know before changing your number and what to expect during the process. 

What you’ll need 

Before requesting a number change, make sure you have: 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile account info (email or phone number) 

  • Your Account PIN 

Request a new phone number 

If you’re already with SmartLess Mobile and want a new number, simply contact the SmartLess Mobile Team. We’ll assign a new number based on your preferred ZIP code.  

What happens during the change 

  • We’ll verify your account before making any updates

  • You can choose the ZIP code for your new number

  • Your new number becomes active immediately

  • Your existing plan stays the same — only your phone number changes 

Heads-up: If you’re currently on a call using the number being changed, the call will disconnect once the update is completed. We’ll help you confirm your new number afterward. 

After your number change 

Once your number has been changed, make sure to update your iMessage or RCS settings so your device recognizes the new number. For steps-by-step instructions, see: iMessage and RCS.
