Updating the name on your account

You can easily update the name on your account using the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount. Each profile name is connected to the User’s email login, so name changes must be completed by the User.  

Using the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Sign in with your email and password 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap More 

  1. Select Profile settings 

  1. Tap Edit name 

  1. Enter your first and last name, then save your changes 

  1. Review and confirm your updated name 

Using MyAccount (browser) 

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. From the dashboard, select Profile settings 

  1. Click Edit name 

  1. Enter your first and last name, then save your changes 

  1. Review your changes and select Yes to confirm
