Managing your payments with SmartLess Mobile has never been easier! We’ve streamlined the process to make it simple and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know to stay on top of your payments—without even thinking about it.
SmartLess Mobile requires a valid payment method on file at all times, with auto renewal enabled by default. That way, your invoice gets paid on time, every time. No reminders, no late fees, no stress. It’s a true set-it-and-forget-it setup.
Accepted payment methods
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- MasterCard
- MasterCard Debit
- American Express
At this time, we do not accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or ACH payments
Updating your payment method
Need to switch up your payment method? No problem. Just log into MyAccount through the SmartLess Mobile website or app to make the change.
Heads up: For your security, the SmartLess Mobile Team cannot update your payment method for you. Changes must be made online by the Admin who set up the account.
Log into MyAccount

Go to Dashboard

Select Billing and payment information
-
Select Edit payment method
-
Enter your new payment details
-
Tap Save changes
That’s it—you’re all set for your next billing cycle.
Note: SmartLess Mobile doesn’t offer alternate payment arrangements. All service costs are due on your billing due date.
Missed a payment?
Hey, it happens. If your payment is made within the first 3 days of your bill cycle, your services will remain uninterrupted.
However, if payment isn’t received within 3 days of your billing date, your account will be suspended. Once payment is made after the grace period, your services will be reactivated and your account’s billing cycle will reset to the date of the payment.
