Your SmartLess Mobile invoice
At SmartLess Mobile, we keep billing simple and stress-free.
When you activate your first plan, your account is assigned a billing date. From then on, an invoice is generated each month on that date for your plan(s) and any Add-ons or Passes you've purchased.
Your Billing Date and Payments
SmartLess Mobile assigns billing dates from the 1st to the 28th of each month, based on when you first activated a plan. However, if you activate your plan on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, your billing date will default to the 1st of the following month. Once your plan is activated, your billing date is set and cannot be changed.
Here’s what happens on your billing date:

Your plan, SMS, and data allotment refreshes

You’ll get a notification that your invoice is ready

Your payment is processed the same day
All accounts are set up on a subscription with automatic payments arranged during your initial purchase and account creation.
Your invoice is paid automatically each month—no need to log in or worry about due dates. We’ll still send you a notification each month, and if you ever need to update your payment method, you can do it anytime in MyAccount.

Viewing your invoice
Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of your charges, including any applicable taxes and fees. To view your invoice, you’ll need to log in to your account online or use the SmartLess Mobile app.

Log into your MyAccount.

In the Dashboard, select “Billing and payment information”

Under “Invoices and transaction history”, choose the month you’d like to view. Your invoice will appear.
Keep in mind:
- Your first month won’t have a traditional invoice—it’ll be a detailed purchase confirmation sent by email or available by product in MyAccount.
- Passes won’t show up on your monthly invoice. You’ll get a separate order confirmation by email for those.
