Your SmartLess Mobile invoice

At SmartLess Mobile, we keep billing simple, predictable, and stress-free. Each month, an invoice is generated on your billing date, and your payment is automatically processed—so there’s nothing you need to remember or manage. 

What you’ll need 

  • Your MyAccount login information 

  • WiFi or mobile data connection 

  • A smartphone, tablet, or desktop device 

How billing works 

Your billing date is set when you activate your first plan. If you activate on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, your billing date will default to the 1st of the next month. Once your billing date is assigned, it stays the same each month. 

On the billing date, your plan refreshes for the new cycle and your payment is automatically processed. You’ll receive a notification when your monthly invoice is ready. Please note that if your service is ever suspended, making a successful payment will reset your billing date to that new payment date. 

Viewing your invoices 

Your very first invoice is sent via email at the time of purchase and isn’t available in MyAccount. All subsequent invoices, however, are available to view in MyAccount.  

Invoices are available to Account Admins. Members can view invoices if an Admin shares them. Learn more about Admin and Member roles

To view additional invoices: 

In the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Log in with your account email and password 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap Billing and payment information on the dashboard underneath the usage rings 

  1. Under Invoices and transaction history, select the month you want to view 

  1. Click the blue down arrow to the right of the total amount 

  1. The invoice will download to your device and can then be opened for viewing 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and current password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Select Billing and payment information from the dashboard 

  1. Under Invoices and transaction history, choose the month you’d like to view 

  1. Click the blue down arrow to the right of the total amount 

  1. The invoice will open for viewing if you’re on a computer. If you’re on a mobile device, the invoice will download to your device and can then be opened for viewing 

Multi-line accounts and partial charges 

All lines on a SmartLess Mobile account share the same billing date based on the first line you activated. 

Adding new lines 

If you add a new line in the middle of a billing cycle, the system applies a partial charge to the new line for its first month. The charge is calculated based on the days remaining until your next billing date. On the next full billing cycle, all lines will be billed together on the same date. 

Example: 
If your first line is activated on the 1st of the month and a second line is added on the 15th, the second line will show a partial charge for the days between the 15th and the next billing date. Starting the next cycle, both lines will appear together on a single invoice on the 1st of the month.
