IP Relay service
IP Relay service allows SmartLess Mobile subscribers who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have a speech disability to communicate with others using text.
With IP Relay, you type your part of the conversation, and a trained operator reads it aloud to the other person. The operator then types the response back to you in real time.
IP Relay works over your data connection, so be sure to check your plan details in MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app.
Register for IP Relay
You can register for IP Relay through T-Mobile here: https://tmobileiprelay.com/registration.
To sign up, you must:

Be located in the United States

Complete an identity verification process during registration
Once registered, you can download the T-Mobile IP Relay app to start using the service.

Important notes
IP Relay and international calls
- International calls via IP Relay are not supported
IP Relay language

Calls are conducted entirely in one language: English (English to English) or Spanish (Spanish to Spanish)
