Add-ons and Passes

Monthly add-ons, One-Time Passes, and Travel Passes give you extra flexibility with your SmartLess Mobile service. Whether you need additional data mid-cycle, a recurring boost every month, or coverage while traveling, you can easily purchase and manage these options through the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount.

What you’ll need 

  • Admin access to the account 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile account info (email or phone number) 

  • A WiFi or mobile data connection 

Types of add-ons and Passes 

Monthly add-ons 

Start at the beginning of your next billing cycle and automatically renew each month until you remove them. Great if you consistently need more data, talk, or text. 

One-Time Passes 

Activate immediately and are used before using your monthly plan’s data. Once the pass runs out, your regular plan kicks back in. Perfect for that instant top-up.   

Travel Passes 

Activate immediately and do not auto-renew. Travel Passes let you talk, text, and use data in supported countries. For available Travel Passes and supported destinations, See: https://www.smartlessmobile.com/travel 


Purchasing an add-on or Travel Pass 

If your account has multiple lines, make sure you select the correct line before adding or removing an add-on. 

In the SmartLess Mobile App

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap Manage plan from the Dashboard. 

  1. Tap Add-ons and Travel Passes 

  1. Choose Travel/Roaming or Data 

  1. Select your desired Travel Pass or add-on 

  1. Review your selection and tap Place order to confirm 

 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. From the Dashboard, select Manage plan 

  1. Select Add-ons and Travel Passes 

  1. Choose Travel/Roaming or Data 

  1. Select your desired Travel Pass or Data add-on 

  1. Review your selection and click Place order to confirm 


Removing a monthly add-on 

You can cancel a monthly add-on anytime, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Only monthly add-ons can be canceled; One-Time or Travel Passes cannot. 

In the SmartLess Mobile App

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap Manage plan from the Dashboard 

  1. Tap Add-ons and Travel Passes 

  1. Select the monthly add-on you want to remove 

  1. Tap Remove (garbage can icon) and confirm 

 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. From the Dashboard, select Add-ons and Travel Passes 

  1. Find the monthly add-on you want to remove 

  1. Click the Remove (garbage can icon) option  

  1. Confirm the cancellation
