Change your plan
You can change your plan any time.
Just note that the change won’t take effect until the start of your next billing cycle.
For example:
Sean’s subscription renews on the 1st of every month, and he requests a plan change on January 8th. Sean will stay on his existing plan for the remainder of January, and his new plan will take effect on February 1st.
How to change your plan
- Log in to MyAccount or download the SmartLess Mobile app
- Head over to the Manage Plan section and select View or Update Plan
- Heads up! If you’re an admin and you’re making a plan change for someone else on your account, make sure you’ve selected their phone number from the dropdown beforehand
- Click Change plan and select the new plan that best fits your needs
Changed your plan but changed your mind?
If you’ve requested a plan change and you’ve got cold feet, you’ll be able to undo the pending plan change by logging into MyAccount or in the app, so long as it hasn’t taken effect yet.
Make sure you’re happy with your new plan selection because you won’t be able to switch back to your original plan if it’s no longer available for purchase.
