Change your plan

Changing your SmartLess Mobile plan is simple and flexible. You can switch to a plan that better fits your needs at any time. Your new plan will start on your next billing cycle. 

For example: 

Sean’s subscription renews on the 1st  of every month. He requests a plan change on January 8th. Sean will stay on his current plan for the rest of January, and his new plan will begin on February 1st. 

What you’ll need 

  • Admin access to the account 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile account email and password 

  • Access to MyAccount in a browser or the SmartLess Mobile app 

  • Your verification code sent via email or SMS 

Who can change a plan 

Admins can change any member’s plan on the account. Members cannot change their own plan and must ask an Admin to make the change for them. 

How to change your plan 

If your account has multiple lines, make sure you select the correct line before making any changes. 

In the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification process 

  1. On the Dashboard, Select Manage plan 

  1. Tap View or change plan 

  1. Your current plan will be displayed. Tap Choose a new plan 

  1. Select the new plan that best fits your needs 

  1. Tap Confirm to review and place your order 

 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification process 

  1. On the dashboard, choose Manage plan 

  1. Select View or update plan 

  1. Your current plan will be displayed. Click Change plan 

  1. Select the new plan that best fits your needs 

  1. Click Save changes to confirm your selection 


What happens after a plan change 

Once a plan change is requested, it will take effect on your next billing date. 

If you change your mind before the next billing cycle begins, you can cancel the pending plan change in MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app. 

Plan changes can only be canceled before the new billing cycle starts. If the billing cycle has already begun, the change will take effect. You can then remain on the new plan or submit another plan change for the following cycle. 

How to cancel a pending plan change 

  1. Log in to MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Complete verification 

  1. On the dashboard, locate the notification for your pending plan change 

  1. Tap Cancel plan change on the notification card 

Your pending plan change will be canceled, and you will remain on your current plan unless you submit a new change.
