Leaving SmartLess Mobile

Breaking up is hard to do 

We get it—sometimes it’s time to move on. While we’re sad to see you go, we’re here to help make sure the process is smooth and hassle-free as possible.  

Want to keep your number? 

You can take your SmartLess Mobile number with you (we won’t take it personally). To do that, you’ll need a Port-out PIN and your Account ID. 

Here’s how to get your Port Out PIN 

  1. Log into MyAccount or open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Go to Manage Plan 

  1. Select Plan admin  

  1. Select Port-out Information 

  1. Request Port Out PIN 

  1. Follow the prompts to authenticate your identity 

Once you’ve authenticated, your Account ID and Port-out PIN will appear on-screen. The Port-out PIN is valid for 7 calendar days and applies to all plans associated with your account. 

Note: Don’t cancel your SmartLess Mobile service before the porting process is complete - this will result in losing your phone number. 

Ready to cancel your service? 

If you’re sure it’s goodbye, reach out to the SmartLess Mobile Team, we’ll help you with the cancellation. 

Your service will stay active until the start of your next billing cycle, and you’ll get a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete—hang onto it for your records.
