Leaving SmartLess Mobile
We understand—sometimes it’s time for a change. While we’ll miss you, we want to make leaving SmartLess Mobile as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Keep your number
You’re free to take your SmartLess Mobile number with you at any time. If you transfer your line to another carrier, billing for that line will stop automatically and your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
To transfer your number, you’ll need a Port-out PIN and your Account ID.
Steps to get your Port-out PIN:

Open the SmartLess Mobile app
-
Sign in with your account email and password
-
Complete the verification step
-
From the dashboard, select Manage plan
-
Tap Plan admin
-
Request your Port-out PIN and authenticate as prompted
Your Account ID and Port-out PIN will appear on-screen. The Port-out PIN is valid for 7 days and works for all plans/lines on your account.

Important!: Don’t cancel your SmartLess Mobile service until your number has successfully ported to your new carrier—otherwise, you’ll lose your number.
How to cancel your service
If you’re ready to say goodbye, and you do not want to transfer your number to another carrier, contact the SmartLess Mobile Team to request cancellation.
-
Your service will stay active until the start of your next billing cycle, so you’ll continue to enjoy your plan until then
-
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete
-
Cancelling your line without transferring your number to another carrier will result in the loss of your phone number
