Change your address
Moved recently? Settling into a new place? Or just keeping your account tidy? You can easily update your billing, shipping and emergency (E911) addresses in the SmartLess Mobile app or through MyAccount. Keeping your address current helps ensure accurate billing, smooth delivery for any SIM card kits or replacements and reliable emergency services.
What you’ll need
Before you start, make sure you have:

Admin access to the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount

Your account email and password

Your phone or email handy to complete verification
How to update your billing or shipping address
Using MyAccount (browser)

Go to MyAccount in your browser

Enter your account email and password to log in

Complete the verification step

From the dashboard, select Billing and payment information

Choose Edit billing address or Edit shipping address

Enter your new information and save
-
Repeat for both billing and shipping if needed

Review your changes and select Yes to confirm
Using the SmartLess Mobile app

Open the SmartLess Mobile app

Sign in with your account email and password
-
Complete the verification step

From the dashboard, select Billing and payment information

Tap Edit billing address or Edit shipping address

Enter your new information and save

Make sure both addresses are up to date

Review and confirm your changes
Don’t forget your E911 address
Your E911 address is especially important if you use WiFi Calling. This address helps emergency services know where to send help if you call 911 over WiFi.

If you’ve moved, you should update your E911 address as soon as possible

Make sure the address is accurate and complete

Changes may take some time to process, so updates may not apply instantly
Emergency services may not always automatically receive your exact location, so always be prepared to provide your location and phone number when calling 911.
