Change your address

Moved recently? Got a new place? Just feel like keeping things tidy? You can easily update your billing and shipping addresses using the SmartLess Mobile app or by logging into MyAccount. Keeping your addresses up to date ensures your invoices are correct and any SIM kits are delivered properly. 

Steps to update your address: 

Step 1: Log in 
Sign in to the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount website using your email and password. 

Step 2: Verify your identity 
Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email. 

Step 3: Open Address Settings 

  • App: Tap More, then select Billing & Payment 

  • Web: Select Billing & Payment from the dashboard 

Step 4: Edit your billing or shipping address 
Tap Edit Billing Address or Edit Shipping Address, update the information, and save your changes. 

Step 5: Confirm your address 
Review the updated address and select Yes to confirm. 

Important notes: 

  • Make sure your E911 address is correct. This address is used for emergency calls over Wi-Fi and is crucial for your safety.To learn more about changing your E911 address, click here
