Change your address

Moved recently? Got a new place? Just feel like keeping things tidy? You can update your address anytime in the SmartLess Mobile app or by logging into MyAccount. 

You’ll see two types of addresses: 

  • Primary address – where we send important stuff, like shipping and account info. 

  • E911 address – used when you make emergency calls over WiFi (super important for safety). 

How to update your address in the app or on the web 

  1. Log into MyAccount or open the SmartLess Mobile app   

  1. Go to Manage plan 

  1. Click on Addresses 

  1. To update your primary address, click on it, enter your new address, and select Update address 

  1. You’ll be asked to confirm the address before it’s saved
