If you’ve lost your phone or it’s been stolen, it’s important to suspend your service right away to help protect your account from unauthorized use.
How to suspend SmartLess Mobile service
The fastest way to suspend your service is through MyAccount—or in the SmartLess Mobile app.

Log in to MyAccount

If you’re using the app, tap More.

Navigate to Report missing device

Select the line that has a missing device

Select a reason from the list

Review and accept the terms and conditions

Select Submit report to finish
Once submitted, your service will be suspended immediately. Heads up – reporting a device lost or stolen and suspending your service blocks unauthorized use, but your full monthly subscription will continue.
