SmartLess Mobile Test Drive
We offer a trial period so you can kick the tires and see if we’re your kind of mobile. If it turns out we’re not a match, no hard feelings— You may request a refund and cancel your new SmartLess Mobile service for any reason within 14 calendar days of activation.
We will refund the full purchase price and any associated taxes and fees as long as you have used less than 1GB of data on your SmartLess Mobile Plan.

After the trial ends
Once the 14-day trial wraps up, all charges are final. That means no refunds or credits after the SmartLess Mobile Test Drive window closes. It’s how we keep things straightforward and fair for everyone.
