Trial period with a refund

We want you to try SmartLess Mobile risk-free. That’s why we offer a 14-day Test Drive, so you can see if we’re the right fit. If not,  you can request a refund (as long as you meet the trial criteria). No hard feelings. 

What you’ll need 

Before requesting a refund, make sure you have: 

  • The email or phone number used to activate your account 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile Account PIN 

  • Your current data usage (to confirm it’s under the trial limit) 

SmartLess Mobile Test Drive 

You can cancel your service and request a refund for any reason, within 14 calendar days of activation. 

You’ll receive a full refund of the plan price, plus taxes and fees, as long you’ve used less than 1GB of data. 

Important: Requesting a refund, will cancel your service, so decide what you want to do with your phone number first: 

  • Cancel your service: Your line will be suspended immediately and fully canceled at the end of the billing cycle. 

  • Transfer/port your number: Move your number to another carrier first, then request your refund. 

How to request a refund 

Contact the SmartLess Mobile Team and they'll walk you through the process. Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days. 

After the trial period

After the 14-day Test Drive ends, all charges are final. Refunds and credits aren’t available beyond this window – simple and straightforward.
