Trial period with a refund
We want you to try SmartLess Mobile risk-free. That’s why we offer a 14-day Test Drive, so you can see if we’re the right fit. If not, you can request a refund (as long as you meet the trial criteria). No hard feelings.
What you’ll need
Before requesting a refund, make sure you have:

The email or phone number used to activate your account

Your SmartLess Mobile Account PIN

Your current data usage (to confirm it’s under the trial limit)
SmartLess Mobile Test Drive
You can cancel your service and request a refund for any reason, within 14 calendar days of activation.
You’ll receive a full refund of the plan price, plus taxes and fees, as long you’ve used less than 1GB of data.
Important: Requesting a refund, will cancel your service, so decide what you want to do with your phone number first:

Cancel your service: Your line will be suspended immediately and fully canceled at the end of the billing cycle.

Transfer/port your number: Move your number to another carrier first, then request your refund.
How to request a refund
Contact the SmartLess Mobile Team and they'll walk you through the process. Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
After the trial period
After the 14-day Test Drive ends, all charges are final. Refunds and credits aren’t available beyond this window – simple and straightforward.
