Switching to BRB (Be Right Back)
To switch to BRB (Be Right Back), your account must be in good standing. You won’t be able to move to this if your number or account is suspended, or if you're in a grace period for non-payment.

Once you’ve switched, you must remain on BRB (Be Right Back) for at least one full billing cycle. You can keep your number on it for a maximum of 6 months.
