What happens if I use all my data?
Most of your everyday activity—like streaming, browsing, and messaging—likely happens over WiFi at home, work, or school. That means you may be using less cellular data than you think. If you do reach your plan’s high-speed data limit, there’s no need to worry—your service won’t stop. Your speeds will be reduced until your next billing cycle, but you can still browse, send messages, and use apps.
What you’ll need
Before adding more data, make sure you have:

Access to the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount via browser

Admin access to the account

Your SmartLess Mobile account email and password

Your email or phone for verification
How to add more data
If you’re away from WiFi more than usual or need extra high-speed data, you can add more at any time. Account Admins can add a Data Pass or a Monthly Add-on. If you’re a member on the account, just reach out to your Admin—they can help get you set up.
You have two options:
One-time Passes
One-time Passes start immediately and stay active for a limited time. Once the data is used or the pass expires, it won’t renew and no additional charges will apply.
Monthly Add-ons
Monthly Add-ons begin at the start of your next billing cycle and are billed monthly. They remain active until the Add-on is removed from the line.

Tap Add-ons

Choose the type of Add-on near the top of the page: Travel/Roaming or Data

Select Monthly or One-time depending on your needs

Pick the add-on you want and review your order

Go to MyAccount in your browser

Enter your account email and password to log in

Complete the verification step

From the dashboard, select Manage Plan

Click Add-ons and Travel Passes

Choose the type of add-on: Travel/Roaming or Data

Select Monthly or One-time depending on your needs

Pick the add-on you want and review your order

It’s easy to keep an eye on your usage for data, talk, and text.

Enter your account email and password to log in

View usage rings on your dashboard

If you have multiple lines, tap the phone number at the top of the page and select the line you would like to view. Please note, this requires Admin access to the account. Members can view their own usage but may not view the usage of others on the same account.

If you have multiple lines, tap the phone number at the top of the page and select the line you would like to view. Members can only view their own usage, but not the usage of others on the same account.
Upgrading your plan
If you’re running out of data regularly, you can upgrade your plan at any time to get more high-speed data. Your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you need extra data right away, one-time Passes are a fast and convenient option.
