How to log in to MyAccount

You’ll need the email and password you used to create or join the account. MyAccount is where you manage everything — plans, members, Add-ons, and more.

SmartLess Mobile also supports passkey login, a safer and more convenient way to sign in. You can enable it in your account settings or during account setup.

What is account verification?

Account verification is an extra step we use to make sure it’s really you when you log in. When you log in, we’ll send a short verification code by text or email to confirm it’s really you. Just enter the code to access your account securely.

Didn’t get the verification code?

Codes expire 5 minutes after being sent. If you don’t get your SMS code after a few minutes, request a new one and try to log in. 

If you are currently unable to receive an SMS code, then on the Account verification screen, click the link that says “Send code to email”. 

Your SmartLess Mobile account PIN

You’ll also choose a 6-digit PIN when you set up your SmartLess Mobile account. We’ll ask you for this any time you need to speak with the SmartLess Mobile Team.  

First things first: Just like your password, your SmartLess Mobile account PIN should be kept top-secret, and should never be shared with anyone.  Not your cousin. Not your neighbor. Not even that one friend who “just wants to check something.” Your account = your rules. 

What is Passkey?

 A passkey is a newer, safer method to sign in to your account. Typically, passkey allows you to use your fingerprint, face, or device PIN to log you in, or to approve sensitive transactions.
