Accessing your SmartLess Mobile account should be fast, simple, and secure. This guide shows you how to log in, verify your identity, manage your 6-digit PIN, and set up a passkey for even quicker and safer sign-ins. Follow these steps to keep your account protected and easy to use.

How to log into MyAccount
You’ll need the email and password you used to create or join your account. MyAccount is where you manage everything — plans, members, Add-ons, and more.
SmartLess Mobile also supports passkey login, a faster and more secure way to sign in. You can enable it during account setup or in your account settings.
Steps to access your account

Go to MyAccount in your web browser

Enter your email and password

Complete the verification code step sent by SMS or email
What is account verification?
Account verification is an extra security step to confirm it’s really you logging in. When you log in, you’ll receive a short verification code via SMS or email. Enter the code to securely access your account.
Didn’t get your code?

Verification codes expire 5 minutes after being sent. Request a new code if needed.

If you can’t receive an SMS code, click Send code to email on the account verification screen.
Your SmartLess Mobile PIN
When you activate your account, you'll create a 6-digit PIN. This PIN is required whenever you contact the SmartLess Mobile Support team. Support will ask for this PIN to verify your identity before accessing your account information.
Tips for a strong PIN:

Avoid repeating numbers (e.g., 111111)

Avoid simple sequences (e.g., 123456)

Avoid personal info (e.g., birthdates)
Updating your PIN
You can update your PIN anytime in the SmartLess Mobile app or in MyAccount. Keep your PIN secret — don’t share it with anyone.

What is Passkey?
A passkey is a safer, faster way to sign into your SmartLess Mobile account. It uses your device’s built-in security — like Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN — to log in or approve sensitive account changes. Passkeys are harder to steal or phish, giving your account an extra layer of protection.
