Change or reset your account PIN

When you first join SmartLess Mobile, you’re asked to create a 6-digit Account PIN during activation. This PIN helps keep your account secure and is required anytime you contact the SmartLess Mobile Team. 

Your Account PIN applies to all lines and members on your subscription. Keep it secure and never share it with anyone.

What you’ll need 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile account email and password 

  • Wi-Fi or mobile data connection 

  • A smartphone, tablet, or desktop device 

Forgot your PIN? 

No problem - you can reset it anytime using the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount. This is a self-serve process and requires identity verification. 

Identity verification options 

You’ll verify your identity using one of the following: 

  • A passkey (Face ID, fingerprint, or device screen lock), or 

  • A verification code sent via SMS or email  


Reset your PIN 

Using the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap More 

  1. Tap Update Account PIN 

  1. Select Forgot Account PIN 

  1. Complete identity verification 

  1. Enter a new 6-digit PIN 

  1. Tap Reset Account PIN to finish 

Note: Changing your PIN updates it for all lines and members on your subscription. 

 

Using MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Navigate to Update Account PIN 

  1. Select Forgot Account PIN 

  1. Complete identity verification 

  1. Enter a new 6-digit PIN 

  1. Select Reset Account PIN 

Note: Changing your PIN updates it for all lines and members on your subscription. 


Know your PIN and want to change it? 

If you remember your current PIN and want to update it, follow the steps below. 

Using the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap More 

  1. Tap Update Account PIN 

  1. Enter your current 6-digit PIN 

  1. Enter a new 6-digit PIN 

  1. Confirm the new PIN 

  1. Tap Update Account PIN 

This change applies to all lines and members on your subscription. 

 

Using MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Navigate to Update Account PIN 

  1. Enter your current 6-digit PIN 

  1. Enter a new 6-digit PIN 

  1. Confirm the new PIN 

  1. Select Update Account PIN 


Important things to know 

  • Changing your PIN updates it for all lines and members on your subscription 

  • SmartLess Mobile agents cannot reset or change your PIN for you 

  • Choose a PIN that’s easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess 

Avoid using: 

  • Repeating numbers (like 111111) 

  • Simple sequences (like 123456) 

  • Personal information (like birthdays)
