Add a line
Need another line? No problem. Whether it’s for a family member, a second device, or something new, adding a line to your SmartLess Mobile account is quick and easy. You can complete everything yourself through MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app.
Only an Admin on the account can add new lines. If you’re a Member, ask an Admin to log in and complete the steps.
What you’ll need

Admin access to the account

The device you want to use for the new line

A SIM card or eSIM compatible device

If transferring a number: the account number, PIN, and billing ZIP code
Before you start
To make the process smooth:

Make sure your device is unlocked

Confirm your device supports eSIM if selecting eSIM

Have your number transfer details ready (if bringing your number)
Sign in and choose a plan

Open the SmartLess Mobile app or go to MyAccount in your browser

Log in using your account email and password

Go to Add, manage & assign lines

Select Add a line

Browse available plans and select the one you want

Tap Continue to confirm your choice
Confirm device and SIM

On the My Cart page, select Check device compatibility

Select your device brand and model
-
Tap Check compatibility, then Continue

Select either a SIM kit or an eSIM
Tip: If your phone supports eSIM, you can activate immediately without waiting for a physical SIM.
Complete checkout

Review your cart details

Tap Begin checkout

Review your order summary

Tap Place order
Assign and activate the line

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

The invited person will receive an email to join the account and activate
Once the line is added, either the Admin or the invited user will need to complete activation.
