Your SmartLess Mobile SIM card

If you selected a physical SIM during signup, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive in the mail. You should have received tracking info in your inbox. 

Got your SIM? Yay — your SIM kit has arrived! Now it’s time to activate your service and get connected.  Keep your SIM kit nearby, but don’t insert it into your phone yet — you’ll do that after activation. Trust us, it’s easier that way. 

Step-by-Step Activation 

  1. Download the SmartLess Mobile app or go to MyAccount and log into your account. 

  1. Log in using your email and password 

  1. From your Dashboard, tap Start Activation and follow the prompts 

  1. You’ll be asked to enter your 19-digit SIM card number (ICCID)

  • This number is printed on the back of your SIM kit. 

  • Make sure to enter the full number — skip the letter F if you see one. 

  1. When prompted, choose one of the following: 

Option 1: Transfer Your Number 

Select "Transfer my number" 

Enter your current carrier’s information: 

  • Account number 

  • Port-out PIN (you can request this from your old carrier) 

  • Submit and wait — you’ll get an email when the transfer is complete 

  • Once you’re notified: 

  • Insert your SmartLess Mobile SIM card into your phone 

  • Restart your phone 

Option 2: Get a New Number 

Select "Get a new number" We’ll assign one based on your location 

  • Enter your ZIP code and Choose area

 

Once activation is complete, insert your SIM card into your phone and restart it to finish the setup. That’s It!
