Reset or update your SmartLess Mobile password

Forgot your SmartLess Mobile password? No worries! Resetting it is quick and secure. For security, the SmartLess Mobile Team cannot reset it for you, but you can do it easily.

What you’ll need 

  • Your SmartLess Mobile account email address 

  • Access to the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount in a web browser 

  • Your current password (if already logged in) 

  • Access to your SmartLess Mobile phone number 

  • WiFi or mobile data connection 

  • A smartphone, tablet, or desktop device 

Password requirements

Your new password must: 

  • Be at least 8 characters long 

  • Include both lowercase and uppercase letters 

  • Include at least one number 

  • Include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $) 

Reset a forgotten password 

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it. 

In the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Tap Forgot password on the login screen. 

  1. Enter the email address linked to your account 

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your email 

  1. Enter your phone number 

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number 

  1. Create a new password and confirm it 

  1. Tap Reset Password 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Click Forgot password on the login screen 

  1. Enter the email address linked to your account 

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your email 

  1. Enter your phone number 

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number 

  1. Create a new password and confirm it 

  1. Click Reset Password 


Update password 

If you know your current password and want to change it 

In the SmartLess Mobile app

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app 

  1. Enter your account email and current password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Tap More 

  1. Select Profile Settings 

  1. Select Update password 

  1. Enter your current password 

  1. Create a new password and tap Continue 

  1. Complete verification and tap Done 

In MyAccount

  1. Go to MyAccount in your browser 

  1. Enter your account email and current password to log in 

  1. Complete the verification step 

  1. Go to Profile Settings 

  1. Select Update password 

  1. Enter your current password 

  1. Create a new password and confirm 

  1. Complete verification and click Change Password 

All set! Your password is updated, and you’re ready to go.
