Reset your password

Forgot your SmartLess Mobile password? No problem — resetting it is quick and easy. For security reasons, the SmartLess Mobile Team can’t reset it for you, but you’ve got this! 

If you can’t log in

  1. Open the SmartLess Mobile app or go to MyAccount in your browser

  1. At the login page, click Forgot password 

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account

  1. Follow the prompts to create a new password

If you’re already logged in

  1. Sign into the SmartLess Mobile app or MyAccount

  2. Go to Profile settings

  3. Select update password 

  4. Enter your current password 

  5. Enter your new password and tap continue

  6. Complete verification and tap done 

 

All set! Your password is updated and you’re good to go.
