Ordering a replacement SIM Kit

Lost your phone? Didn’t receive your SIM kit? No worries — the SmartLess Mobile Team is here to help. 

Here's what to do: 

1. Double-check your shipping info 
Before you reach out, log in to your MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app and confirm your shipping address. 
We can’t update your address for you — so it’s super important that it’s accurate. If your address needs an update, make the change first before requesting the replacement. 

2. Contact the SmartLess Mobile Team 
Once your details are good to go, contact us. Let us know what happened — whether your SIM is lost, damaged, or missing — and we’ll get a new one on the way to you. 

3. Wait for your new SIM kit to arrive 
Once your replacement SIM kit ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email.  

4. Need to activate it? We’ve got you. 
When your new SIM arrives, reach out and we’ll help you transfer your service to the new SIM card. We’ll make sure your number and plan stay the same, so you can get back up and running. Check out our activations page
