Ordering a replacement SIM Kit
If your SIM card is lost, damaged, or not working, the SmartLess Mobile Team can help you get a replacement quickly.
What you’ll need
Before requesting a replacement SIM kit, make sure you have:

Your SmartLess Mobile account information (email or phone number)

Your account PIN

An updated shipping address in MyAccount
Note: We cannot update your shipping address for you, so confirm it is accurate before requesting a replacement.

Who can request a new SIM kit
Only the account Admin can request a replacement. All SIM swaps must be completed by the SmartLess Mobile Team.
How to get a replacement SIM Kit
Step 1: Confirm your shipping address
Log in to MyAccount or the SmartLess Mobile app and verify your shipping address. Update it if needed before requesting your replacement. or detailed instructions, see: Change your address.
Step 2: Contact the SmartLess Mobile Team
Once your address is correct, reach out to us. We’ll authenticate your account and place the replacement SIM kit order.
Step 3: Track your shipment
After your SIM ships, you’ll receive a UPS tracking number via email. Use the UPS website to track your shipment and see the estimated delivery date.
Step 4: Activate your new SIM
When your SIM kit arrives, contact us for help activating it.
